A plain container — size it in any unit, add a friction-fit lid, dividers and rounded corners.

▸ Units

Display units only. Models always export in mm — the STL standard, and what slicers expect.

▸ Dimensions

Measure as

External = the overall footprint & height of the box.

Length (X)mm

Width (Y)mm

Height (Z)mm

▸ Walls

Wall thicknessmm

1.2 mm or more is a good default (3 perimeters at a 0.4 mm nozzle).

Floor thicknessmm

▸ Lid

Friction-fit lid

A lift-off lid with an inner lip

Lid thicknessmm

Fit clearancemm

Gap between lip and wall. 0.2–0.4 mm is a typical press-fit — raise it if the lid binds.

Lip depthmm

Lip wallmm

▸ Shape & dividers

Enable

Rounded corners, base fillets & a divider grid

Corner radiusmm

Rounds the four vertical corners (the lid follows to match). 0 = sharp.

Base filletmm

Curves where the floor meets the walls — stronger, easier to clean.

Fillet profile

Internal dividers

Split the cavity into compartments

Columns (X)count

Rows (Y)count

Divider thicknessmm

Full height

Dividers reach the rim

Divider heightmm

▸ Grid size

Widthcells

Depthcells

HeightU

1 cell = 42 mm · 1 U = 7 mm (the base uses the first ~4.75 mm). Standard sizes seat in any Gridfinity baseplate.

▸ Build

Wall thicknessmm

Floor thicknessmm

Added above the base. Usable depth ≈ height − 4.75 mm − floor.

Stacking lip

Lets bins nest & stack on each other

▸ Compartments

Split cavity

Divide the bin into sections

Columns (X)count

Rows (Y)count

Splits are evenly spaced across the whole cavity, independent of the grid cells.

▸ Colour

Lid

Preview only — colour isn't stored in the STL.

▸ Print & material

Bed size — X · Y · Zmm

Used for the fit check. Default ≈ a 256 mm bed (Bambu / large i3).

Coordinates are in millimetres, Z-up, base on the bed — parts export in their print orientation. Set your affiliate print-service link in the CONFIG block near the top of the file.
